Rodger Meads has been active in the industry for around 25 years, having managed companies such as Solahart and later his own start-up Cap-Aus, which was acquired by Conergy in early 2006. In 2007, Rodger was appointed Managing Director of Conergy’s Australian operations, Conergy Pty Ltd. The company has seen tremendous growth in Australia since its inception in early 2005 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Germany’s Conergy, founded in Hamburg in 1998.

Rodger has represented the Australian renewable energy industry in various Government and industry forums, including some of the Clean Energy Councils predecessors and incarnations of SEIA, SEICA and the BCSE.
