Jeremy Schultz was an inaugural member of the Clean Energy Council Board, having previously been a member of the AusWind Board for several years.

Jeremy currently Chairs the Finance and Compliance Committee.  He played an integral role in the preparation and adoption of the CEC Constitution, and assists in relation to the CEC’s legal requirements with respect to contracting, legislative compliance and legislative reforms.

Jeremy is a practicing lawyer and has been a partner with the prominent Adelaide-based legal firm Finlaysons for over 20 years, and was a former managing partner of that firm.  He holds a Masters in environmental law, heads up the firm’s Energy practice and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
