Beyond Building Energy is one of Australia’s largest retailer, wholesaler and manufacturer of solar systems that is now embarking on an exciting growth period.
About the Role
- CEC Accreditation required.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be responsible for the operational execution of solar system installation work, maximising both safety and commercial effectiveness. You do this by providing strategic leadership and acting as the key inter-department liaison and customers. Taking an innovative and disciplined approach to systems and a holistic, integrated, as well as a collaborative corporate view will set you apart from your peers.
- You will have a keen awareness of how to drive safety and commercial outcomes on projects, and have managed large teams, have a strong project focus and adaptability to work through to installation and it’s management.
- Acting as a coach and facilitator to employees to maintain cohesiveness for the Company you will partner with the delivery arm to stretch each individual professionally whilst improving on their existing capabilities.
- You will have an operational management background in an electrical trade/engineering environment. Strong in the areas of contract management, client relationship management, and people management is a must. Leading by example you will have delivered large scale projects where you have mitigated risk to achieve strong commercial outcomes, cohesiveness in the workforce, whilst maintaining strong customer ties. You will be able to operate at both a strategic and tactical level where you can take accountability and responsibility across both aspects to exceed organisational goals.
