Changes to the Solar Credits multiplier
The Commonwealth's SRES has helped support strong growth in the small scale solar market but is now in danger of being a victim of its own success. Urgent action is needed to stabilise the price of small technology certificates. The CEC has been working closely with the Commonwealth on this problem, including commissioning modelling of SRES modification conducted by IES. In our discussion paper we examine all the options for reform.
