There is huge demand for battery storage from Australian consumers. This forum will share insights on engaging consumers and the appropriate industry and regulatory approach to ensure an effective regime to protect consumers. This will include understanding obligations on storage retailers, best practice for engaging consumers and the evolving regulatory landscape necessary to ensure industry credibility and consumer protections.
