GHD’s Melbourne CBD based Renewable Energy group currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Renewable Energy Consultant, preferably with experience in wind energy development, to join the team.

The Renewable Energy group assists clients from the private and public sectors to identify opportunities, assess renewable energy resources and feasibility and undertake design and scoping projects in Australia and overseas. The group currently focuses on the wind energy sector and actively pursues opportunities in other technologies.

To be successful in the role you will:

Have a background in engineering or science with 3+ years experience
Demonstrate skills in data analysis, feasibility studies and project development
Be able to successfully manage and integrate a variety of data and technical design information to develop high quality renewable energy projects
Be looking to build on your experience and to develop knowledge and skills in wind energy analysis and design
Experience in a wind energy analysis and design along with a working knowledge of wind flow and wind farm design software is highly desirable.
