Our first battery Gigafactory ‘Renaissance One’ will open in October this year with plans for future facilities across Australia. The Role

As the Brand and Marketing Designer you will take an active role in the execution of the Energy Renaissance brand. In line with our vision and mission and in support of the business development and marketing strategy, you will create, communicate, and implement the overall image, creative direction, and production of marketing assets.

• Support sales/business development in managing the product relationship for Energy relationship target audiences.
• Contribute to commercial growth through effective creative design, sales campaigns and brand recognition in the battery storage and renewables marketplace.
• Timely development, guidance and creation of overall styling and design parameters for all brand communications encompassing all online and offline channels and formats.
• Acting as brand guardian and delivering brand building efforts as well as monitoring and overseeing execution of the brand by internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating and managing PR and Media agency resource to capture event and media opportunities and manage to budget.

About You

Coupled with your exceptional design skills you will possess a tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with proven exposure in a creative design/marketing role with demonstrated experience in creation and implementation of successful creative marketing campaigns.
Additionally, you will have:

• An excellent command of all relevant graphic design and layout software including Adobe Creative Suite products on PC and MAC environments with experience of on-screen and social media design and delivery.
• Experienced in all Microsoft Office software especially layout and presentation application, word template set up and PowerPoint /sales deck templates.
• Some knowledge of 3D design projects
