About the Role

In this newly created position, the Content Manager will work alongside our Construction and Asset Management teams to bring to life our customer wins and key achievements. You’ll lead on the development of content for external release that resonates with our clients, partners and broader stakeholders. Playing a central role in our accelerated growth plans, we are looking for experienced and passionate individuals able to concisely communicate a narrative, while demonstrating initiative, innovation and flexibility in the approach to communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the development and production of content for local websites, social media, media releases newsletters, and broader sales collateral that resonates with our clients, partners and broader stakeholders to build the reputation and profile of RES
  • Work alongside subject experts across the construction and asset management teams to convert key achievements into clearly articulated success stories for external release
  • Support the business development and development teams with the creation and management of standardised sales collateral for client presentations, proposals and tenders
  • Develop & maintain a Content Management Strategy across projects to ensure timely development and accessibility of material
  • Co-ordinate the support from our global Communications and Marketing team and external agencies to facilitate the delivery of the above

Skills & Experience

  • A detailed understanding of the multitude of ways in which client success stories can be delivered
  • Awareness of the renewable energy landscape in Australia
  • Writing creative content and designing professional material to engage a wide range of audiences
  • Experienced in copy writing and content creation for all media formats - social media, video scripts, webinars, and point of view/thought leadership articles
  • Creating, managing, and implementing co-ordinated campaigns across all platforms.
  • Commercial awareness with a desire to develop a broad understanding for the key issues impacting the performance of renewable energy projects
