About the Role

The Team Assistant will provide business support to the Director of Development and the Development Team Leaders (Wind, Solar & Storage, New Sites and Property). The position holder will be able to multi-task and effectively manage their time as there will be competing priorities. The ability to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport is essential.

This role presents a fantastic industry entry opportunity for an individual who is passionate about renewable energy and the environment. The career pathways are numerous, and this is a genuine opportunity to grow your career as a renewable energy professional.


  • Co-ordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team in organising site visits and project related events
  • Prepare documents in Word, Excel and Powerpoint, including editing and re-formatting
  • Ensure internal deliverables and reports are co-ordinated, compiled and shared on schedule
  • Managing project document control processes

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a business support/administration role, or graduate with tertiary diploma/degree
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Experience in or understanding of technical/report writing
  • High level of written and verbal competency of English
