Salary range $122,000 – $141,000 plus super

About You:

A natural communicator, you have comprehensive experience in a Business Analysis and Systems Analysis role, as well as in all aspects of supporting an integrated business system and its associated components.

You also possess an ability to build effective working relationships, and experience in delivering software projects. You’ll bring a whole-of-business perspective and the ability to understand the “why” as well as the “what”, and you’re familiar with Agile Methodologies, strategy & roadmap development, and negotiation of maximum value and business outcomes.

Your experience in a similar role has assisted you in developing strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Your key technical experience:

  • Provide expert business analysis
  • Previous involvement working in IT projects in an agile environment
  • Desirable exposure to energy or finance industries

As the face of the inhouse development team and with direct access to internal customers, you can directly effect and influence positive outcomes for all stakeholders. In your role, you will play a key part in projects with progression to lead projects. You’ll be joining a high performing team who embrace working flexibility between the office and home.
