The Opportunity

The Project Administrator will be site based during construction, providing a range of administrative support to the site-based project delivery team and also the broader Asset Management and EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) teams. The role will include document management, regular project reporting, site office management and other day to day administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role has overall responsibility for site office management which will include but not be limited to:
  • Coordinate and manage all project documentation and report production, meeting minutes and agendas
  • Management of site based pool vehicles
  • Production and maintenance of project deliverable lists, newsletters and project updates
  • Coordinate supplier documentation reviews and outputs
  • Ensure that project data is provided to the EPMO to enable timely review of risks, issues, costs and compliance

Required Skills and Experience

  • Driver's licence
  • Previous project experience is essential and a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Project management is desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • High-level organisation skills including a well-developed ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft 365) and keyboard skills are essential, with use of Aconex or similar highly regarded
