Bare Energy is a young, fast-growing solar solutions retailer and installer based in Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our operations cover Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong and the Hunter Region.

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a talented Sales Consultant with experience in consultative based selling of solar solutions. This is a newly created role. We offer a market-leading compensation package, which is consistent with our desire to find the solar industry's best talent.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and provide them with the best solar solution to meet their needs by implementing consultative needs based selling.
  • Work collaboratively with our leadership team to set sales strategy, refine our value proposition and product mix, and identify opportunities for improvement and development.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest and most innovative products and services in the solar energy industry.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative based selling in the residential or small commercial solar industry.
  • Proficient with technology, including sales CRM solutions.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the solar energy industry, including products, services and market trends.
  • A passion for providing the best client experience.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Sydney.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, with time shared working from our office in Belrose, working from home and conducting in-person consultations in the client's home or business.

This is not a commission only role. The successful candidate will be paid a base salary + superannuation + uncapped bonus based on realistic achievable sales targets.
