About the Role

This role will work within the RES Australia Development team, with responsibility for project managing the development of wind energy projects. Day to day activity will involve taking projects from an early stage through to financial close, managing budget and internal/external resources to secure all necessary planning and secondary approvals required for the of construction of the projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects through all development stages.
  • Project delivery through leading internal specialists in property, engineering, technical, grid, commercial and financial modelling.
  • Formulating and managing project development plans and development budgets.
  • Managing project risks at each stage of the project with a clear understanding of the permits and approvals required prior to construction commencement.

Skills & Experience

  • Wind and/or solar energy development with a network in industry preferred
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team
  • Creation and management of programmes and budgets
  • Current driving licence a must
