Buying solar, batteries or new energy tech?

The Clean Energy Council administers the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) program which aims to protect consumers when purchasing new energy technologies including solar, batteries, EV chargers and more. If you have a complaint about a renewable energy service or product you have received find out who to talk to. Please note that the Clean Energy Council, as a not-for-profit organisation that is not a governing or legal body, can only assist with complaints against installers and retailers who participate in our programs. We have compiled a list of bodies who may be able to assist in other circumstances.
