Once we receive your completed submission and your application is approved, we will send you an invoice. It can take up to four weeks to be set up as a member. Membership is active from the date of payment, which must be received within 60 days of invoicing. After this period, unpaid applications for membership will be cancelled and a new application must be submitted.
