Clean Energy Council Members can enjoy a 15 per cent discount on the full range of Learning Hub courses via the link here.

For businesses, the recently launched Learning Hub is an excellent resource for either onboarding new employees or professional development for existing employees. With courses ranging from industry information to advanced technical information on specific technologies, Learning Hub is great for keeping employees up to date in this dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Courses are developed in consultation with Clean Energy Council and industry experts with micro-credentials awarded in the form of a digital badge which can be shared online.

A wide variety of foundational courses about the industry and the issues driving it are available as well as skills and professional development modules, covering everything from large-scale wind farms to domestic rooftop solar PV systems. Anyone can access these courses, enrol, and complete them directly from the Clean Energy Council Website.

The debut course Discover the renewable energy industry is ideal as part of onboarding new employees and as a professional development refresher for existing team members. Covering a range of renewable technologies in more detail, learners will on completion, be able to:

  • Identify the different organisations that exist within the renewable energy industry landscape.
  • Explain the levels of industry regulations and their role within the renewable energy industry.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of the major technologies that make up Australia’s renewable energy mix.
  • Identify the key issues and future challenges facing the renewable energy industry.

With more courses being released over the coming weeks and months, head to Learning Hub to get yourself or your employees started – and remember, Clean Energy Council members can enjoy 15% off any and every course.
