What's new on our website

We’ve made some updates to our website to give you a better experience. Read on to find out what’s new and where to find the information you are looking for.

Website On Computer

We’ve merged our sites into one

In December last year, our new Clean Energy Council website was launched. But we still had some information on our solar accreditation website. To give everyone a better experience we have now merged our multiple sites into the one Clean Energy Council website.

If you used to visit our solar accreditation website, you’ll now find all the information you need right here on this site. However, we are keeping the solar accreditation website available for two weeks to allow you time to get used to the change.

Where do I find the information I’m after?

The Clean Energy Council website now has a few new sections, so here’s a few tips on what’s new and where you can find the information you need.

For installers

If you’re an installer, you can find all the information for you under the Industry menu. The installer section has all the information you need about the processes for becoming an accredited installer, finding training courses, and accessing your compliance toolkit – which gives you information on standards, guidelines and other important information for getting your work right.

We promote Clean Energy Council accredited installers to consumers through the find an installer tool which is available in the consumer section of our website.

For retailers

If you’re a solar or storage retailer, you can find all the information for you under the Industry menu. The retailer section has information about becoming a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer, how the program works, and other useful information for retailers.

We promote Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailers to consumers through the find a retailer tool which is available in the consumer section of our website.

Approved Product Lists

If you’re looking for the Clean Energy Council Approved Product Lists or information related to these lists you can view these under Products in the Industry menu.

The new product lists gives you greater ability to search for the products you want to find.

For consumers

We have a new section for consumers where you can find information about buying solar and storage, tools to find an installer or retailer near you, as well as other handy FAQs and guides. Click on the consumer menu item to start exploring.

I log in as a member or installer – where do I go now?

If you have a login to our website, you can continue to login by simply clicking on the login button at the top right of our website. This gives you access to our new login area and is for both members and installers.

If you are a member or installer and are unsure if you have access you can contact us to check. Members can contact [email protected] and installers can contact [email protected].

Website design award

The Clean Energy Council’s new website has been awarded a Silver award in the Melbourne Design Awards, recognising the improvements we are making to give you a better experience. We are continually striving to give you the information you need in the best way possible. Read more about our Melbourne Design Award.
