Installers

Accreditation recognises people who have undertaken the necessary training to design and install solar, batteries and other renewable energy systems.

The Clean Energy Council managed the accreditation program for over 16 years until 29 February 2024, when a new accrediting body was appointed: Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA).

Accredited installers and designers and those looking to become accredited should now visit SAA’s website for all accreditation matters.

The rooftop solar and home battery industry is more important than ever to Australia’s clean energy transition, and we’ll continue to deliver strong advocacy and policymaking on behalf of our Members and strong consumer protections through the current Product Listing process and New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) program.
