Yesterday Australia’s leading clean energy investors met for the Clean Energy Council’s inaugural Clean Energy Investment Roundtable. The roundtable is comprised of 30 senior representatives of Australia’s leading debt and equity investors.

These investors have a strong commitment to investment in Australian renewable energy. The investors selected the top three challenges facing investors in large-scale renewable energy as:

  1. unpredictable grid connection and associated delays in commissioning
  2. increased congestion risk and constraints placed on operational projects
  3. change and uncertainty about long term energy market design.

By sharing their insights, unique knowledge, and helping to explore solutions, the Clean Energy Investment Roundtable can help unlock the massive investment potential for Australia.

Clean Energy Council members can log in to find out how they can get involved. Or contact our membership team for more information via [email protected].
