A note for Consumers: The Clean Energy Council is a not-for-profit member-based industry peak body representing Australia’s renewal energy industry. We provide support and guidance to industry as an effective way to deliver increased consumer protections.

Please note we are not a government agency or a dispute resolution body and cannot provide advice on general enquiries. We can only assist consumers with complaints against CEC Accredited Installers or Designers and NETCC Approved Sellers that fall within our jurisdiction.
