While the generation sector transforms, the transmission network is not keeping pace. Large-scale renewable projects are experiencing significant connection delays and even once connected, they are frequently being constrained. This is costing the sector millions of dollars and is undermining investment confidence in future projects.
This CEO Forum will examine the range of grid challenges that large-scale renewable energy companies are currently experiencing. Speakers from the Australian Energy Market Operator, the Australian Energy Market Commission and the Energy Security Board will discuss their efforts on issues such as grid connection, system strength, COGATI and renewable energy zone development, with the opportunity for CEOs to also give their thoughts on these critical grid issues.
This event is only open to the CEOs or senior executives of Clean Energy Council Sponsoring and Corporate members.
Join us to hear the latest insights from leading experts in the industry.
