The Australian Government has released its Technology Investment Roadmap Discussion Paper, which sets out the process through which Australia will prioritise its investments in new and emerging low emissions technologies. Feedback on the discussion paper will inform Australia’s first annual Low Emissions Technology Statement, to be delivered later this year. This will guide the Government’s technology investment portfolio to reduce emissions and be the cornerstone of Australia’s Long Term Emissions Reduction Strategy.
