If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s how to remain resilient when confronted with adversity. As we look towards A Clean Recovery and what it means for our industry and the economy, resilience will be one of the most important attributes in accelerating Australia’s renewable energy transition. How does the renewable energy industry remain resilient in the face of uncertain and variable demand? How do we remain resilient when encountering grid connection bottlenecks out of our control? How do we build resilience in the face of unpredictable federal energy policy?
These are just some of the questions that will be answered in this not-to-be-missed Women in Renewables online event.
Throughout the webinar, attendees will be encouraged to take part in small group discussions to share the challenges they have faced and outline the strategies, policies and actions they have employed to build and foster resilience. The crucial role that diversity can play in fostering and enhancing resilience will also be openly discussed.
