The Clean Energy Council is delighted to welcome renewable energy specialist Emma Fagan to the Board. Emma brings with her leading expertise in clean energy and has been with Tesla since December 2016, leading the Energy Policy and New Business Development team across Australia.
Her key focus areas to date have included energy market reform for distributed and utility battery storage. This includes market development work for behind the meter storage assets and virtual power plants (VPPs).
With her extensive knowledge of storage issues, Clean Energy Council Chair, Peter Cowling said “Emma has been a major contributor to the Clean Energy Council as Chair of the Distributed Energy Directorate and member of the Distributed Energy Leadership Forum. I’m looking forward to her contribution to the board, with her deep Distributed Energy and storage expertise.”
