Wind Industry Forum a hot ticket for renewable energy professionals

Registrations opened today along with the release of the program for the Clean Energy Council’s 2018 Wind Industry Forum, the leading technical event for the Australian wind industry.

Clean Energy Council Director of Energy Generation and Strategic Development Anna Freeman said next year’s event will bring together wind industry professionals to share knowledge and learn from the best in the business.

“The wind industry is flourishing and there is a massive thirst for knowledge from technical staff who want to be at the leading edge of industry developments. The record year we have had in renewable energy has given the entire sector a real sense of momentum,” Ms Freeman said.

“The Wind Industry Forum is the premier event for technical staff in the industry which allows wind professionals to create valuable new connections while placing themselves at the forefront of knowledge and innovation.

“With a six-fold increase in investment seen in the past twelve months, it is clear that all facets of the industry are reaping the rewards. The wind industry is growing strongly as a direct result of this investment confidence.”

Given the success of previous sold-out events and the increased interest in renewables, Ms Freeman strongly encouraged people to secure their spot early to avoid disappointment.

The forum will be held on 7 March 2018 from 9.00 am – 5.00 pm at the Pullman Melbourne on The Park, and comprise both technical conference sessions and networking drinks with industry counterparts.

Full details of the program and registration details are available on our website.
